Screenshots and .txt files you give Bleeplist are read in your browser and are never uploaded. We don't receive, store or see them. Reading a screenshot downloads the open-source Tesseract text-recognition engine to your browser; your image stays on your device.

To find clean versions we send the artist and song names to YouTube's search, and we remember which clean upload we found for each song (or that there was none) so the next search is instant. There are no accounts and we don't collect your name or email.

Bleeplist uses the YouTube API Services. Searches are sent to YouTube and covered by the Google Privacy Policy. What we keep from YouTube (which video is the clean version of a song) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

To limit abuse we count how many new songs each visitor looks up per day, using a one-way code made from your internet address and the date. The address itself isn't stored, and the counts are cleared daily. We don't use cookies for tracking.

Bleeplist finds videos that are already public on YouTube and opens them as a YouTube playlist. We don't host, download or distribute audio. By using Bleeplist you agree to these terms and to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

"Clean" labels come from the people who uploaded each video. Nothing here is a guarantee that a video is suitable for a given venue, school or client — audition every track before you play it, and hold the licences your gigs require.

Each run handles up to 50 songs, within a shared daily YouTube allowance. Don't hammer the service with automated requests.

Bleeplist doesn't host or distribute audio or video, so there is nothing here to take down. Song titles and artist names belong to their rights holders and are used only to find videos on YouTube. If a video we link to infringes your rights, report it to YouTube, and tell us so we stop linking to it. Email hello@bleeplist.com.
